Philippe Hevesy is a veteran broker of 10+ years in the boating industry. Growing up in the Midwest, Philippe’s earliest days and memories began on the rivers and Great Lakes which helped develop his passion and love for being on the water. Philippe boasts a technical background, holding a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Iowa State University. After completing a yearlong Internship in R&D at Mercury Marine in Fond du Lac, WI, Philippe went on to building relationships and success in Technical Engineering sales. After several years of success in yacht brokerage, Philippe was finally able to pursue his lifelong dream of owning his own business and in 2018 acquired Maritime Storage Facility in Port Washington.

Philippe holds a USCG 100 Ton Master Captain’s license and has served as a Private captain on larger motor yachts, with thousands of miles of deliveries throughout the country. Philippe is also an FAA Licensed Instrument rated pilot and enjoys using his plane as a tool for servicing his clients around the Midwest.

Philippe is passionate about making customers friends, cultivating deep lifelong relationships. Philippe loves the role he gets to play in helping people find the right vessel for enjoying and experiencing life on the water.

When Azure isn’t at Maritime, she is helping clients as a real estate professional with a passion for connecting with people and helping them achieve their real estate goals. With a strong background in marketing and design, Azure brings a creative edge to each transaction, whether it's helping a family find their forever home, guiding an investor through their next opportunity, or assisting sellers as they prepare for a move.

Azure owns a home staging business, known for elevating listings and maximizing appeal. Her keen design eye and strategic approach help clients showcase their properties at their very best. If you’ve spotted an impressive stack of furniture at Maritime, chances are you’ve seen Azure’s staging hustle in action.

Approachable, hardworking, and detail-oriented, Azure believes that buying or selling a home should feel exciting NOT overwhelming. From first-time buyers to seasoned sellers, her clients appreciate her calm presence, clear communication, and deep knowledge of the market.

When Philippe & Azure aren’t working, you can find them enjoying time with their two kids at one of their various sporting events or on the boat. There’s no time for anything else:)
